How we work
Handover first
The engagement ends when you can run it without us. That starts on day one, not in the last week.
Most handovers fail quietly. Not on the day — on the first Monday after, when someone tries to change something and the only person who knows why it is shaped that way has already moved on.
So we invert it. Your repositories, your cloud account, your credentials, from the first commit. Nothing is held in ours and migrated out later, because nothing was ever held in ours.
What that means in practice
- The repository lives in your org from the first push. We work on branches you can see, against a CI you own.
- Infrastructure is provisioned into your account, with your billing and your audit log. We hold a role inside it, not the keys to it.
- Secrets are yours. Where we need access, you grant it, and you can revoke it mid-engagement without breaking the build.
What it removes at the end
There is no migration week. There is no export, no credentials handover document, no last-minute audit of what was copied where. The work is already where it needs to be, and the last thing we do is walk your team through it.
If a supplier needs to hold your infrastructure hostage for a handover meeting, the handover meeting is not the problem.
The one cost
It is slightly slower in week one. Setting up in your account rather than ours takes a day or two more. We think that is the correct trade: two days at the start against two weeks of uncertainty at the end.
This is not a commercial position, it is a technical one. Nothing here depends on us being nice. It falls out of where the code lives.
